The Fair Credit Reporting Act
Microfax adheres strictly to the tenets of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and will provide an Authorization and Release Agreement to be signed by your applicant. Microfax, Incorporated is also compliant with the FACT Act.
US Code Title 15, Section 606
Upon written request from a consumer ( for whom an employer has requested a background check), Microfax will provide full disclosure of the report via mail to the consumer.
